The BMW X5 and X6 have additional First Edition special editions.
BMW has just introduced the M Competition First Edition variant of the X5 and X6 duo. Pricing for these two limited editions has not been announced yet.
BMW X5 and X6 have just been added new versions. The full names of these two models are the BMW X5 M Competition First Edition and the BMW X6 M Competition First Edition. Building on the M Competition variants of the X5 and X6, each SUV is limited to 250 units worldwide.
The First Edition of the X5 and X6 have a more impressive refreshed look and interior than the M Competition version launched a year ago. The first special feature is 2 exclusive paint colors Frozen Dark Silver and Frozen Marina Bay Blue. BMW equips two high-performance SUVs with Jet Black multi-spoke wheels with 21-inch and 22-inch front and rear wheels.
Details such as the grille, front bumper, wheel air vents, column B, roof bag, rear bumper and underbody diffuser are all painted in black, making the two SUVs look stronger and more aggressive. In addition, the rearview mirror and rear spoiler of the BMW X6 M Competition First Edition are made from carbon fiber.
The interior of the BMW X5 M Competition and X6 M Competition in First Edition is further advanced by the German automaker using Merino leather combined with Alcantara leather. At the same time, Silverstone and Midnight Blue color schemes appear only in the cockpit of the top 500 X5 and X6.
In addition to the sports seats, BMW also equips the X5 M Competition First Edition and X6 M Competition First Edition models with carbon panels in the dashboard and center pedestal area. The version name and serial number are also added by BMW to emphasize the specialness of the First Edition variant.
Unfortunately, BMW has said it has not increased the power to the First Edition of the X5 M Competition and X6 M Competition. The SUV duo is still equipped with a 4.4L twin-turbocharged V8 engine, for a maximum capacity of 617 hp and a maximum torque of 750 Nm. Vehicles using M Steptronic 8-speed automatic transmission and M xDrive full-time 4-wheel drive system.
Pricing for the BMW X5 M Competition First Edition and BMW X6 M Competition First Edition has not been announced. The prices will definitely be more expensive than the X5 M Competition (from $ 209,900) and the X6 M Competition (from $ 213,900). Expected, the First Edition variants of the X5 and X6 will begin to be sold at the beginning of next year. BMW has not confirmed which markets these two models will be distributed.
