BMW’s large luxury sedan is expected to have a new, more square and youthful appearance.
The next generation of the BMW 7-Series is being completed with an actual test run. From street images, Kolesa.ru’s graphic team drew a blueprint for a full-sized luxury sedan from Germany.
As can be seen, the new BMW 7-Series is likely to have a more square appearance at the head and rear. BMW’s signature kidney grille will have a traditional horizontal shape, unlike the giant vertical grille on the 4-Series launched in mid-2020.
The noteworthy point is that the lighting system has a new layout with the low beam and low headlights horizontal to the grille, while the position lights are located close to the bonnet. This is said to be the new design language of BMW models in the coming time.
At the rear, the LED taillights have an L shape that stretches horizontally. The body has clearly embossed ribs and the door handles are similar to the BMW i4.
The new BMW 7-Series could be launched in 2022 and go on sale in 2023. Most likely, BMW will introduce an all-electric variant called the i7 to compete with the Mercedes-Benz EQS. , the electric car model of the S-Class.
Currently, BMW is selling facelifted models of the 6th-generation 7-Series. This is a rival of Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Audi A8, Lexus LS or Jaguar XJ.
