The prototype of the Honda Civic 2022 will be introduced on November 17.
Honda has just released a teaser video with pictures of the design of the 11th-generation Civic. The Japanese automaker said it will introduce the prototype of the Honda Civic 2022 on November 17.
Through the short clip, the appearance of the Honda Civic 2022 was revealed quite fully. The C-class sedan still has a dynamic and sporty style, but the sharp lines are simplified by Honda to make the new Civic look friendlier.
The most noticeable change is the front light cluster with hook-shaped LED strips. Particularly, the rear light no longer creates a C-shape, instead is a soft and horizontal design similar to Honda City.
Other notable details include a glossy black grille, five-spoke alloy wheels, dual oval exhaust pipes and a small spoiler tail at the rear.
It is possible that Honda will not announce the interior design when the prototype of the Civic 2022 is introduced. Information about the new engine and the high-performance hatchback version Civic Type R has not been confirmed by the Japanese automaker.
As predicted, the Honda Civic 2022 could be launched at the end of next year. The first market that the new Civic launches will be the US.
