The Hyundai i20 sits between the Hyundai i10 and Hyundai i30 segments and serves as a replacement for the Hyundai Getz in almost every market. Hyundai i20’s rival is Honda Jazz, Toyota Yaris.

New generation Hyundai i20’s face stands out with a large grille. The angled LED lights along with the ribbed lines on the capo are vividly shaped. The car has a strong triangle fog light socket.
The i20 N-line version has an additional front-facing N-line logo. A large triangular fog lamp cavity is connected by a thin wind gap.
The body design also impresses with the mischievous new wheels. A small car but show off quite a lot of muscle through the ribs and protrusions. The glass windows are also quite beautiful.
In terms of size, the new generation i20 is lower (-24mm), wider (+ 30mm) and slightly increased in length (+ 5mm), while the wheelbase has also been increased (+ 10mm).
The rear end impresses with the connected LED rear lights, creating a canoeing paddle and adding a dynamic sporty look to the car.
The new generation i20 wheel measures 17 inches. This model has up to 10 exterior colors to choose from.

Powertrain and Performance
In terms of dynamics, Hyundai i20 2021 is equipped with 2 types of engines and 3 types of gearboxes. The first is a 1.4L MPi engine equipped on the new generation i20 the lowest configuration. The power to bring is 84PS combined with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Next is a turbocharged 1.0 T-GDi petrol engine with a capacity of 100PS – 120PS. Notably, the mild hybrid technology is integrated on this engine for the first time. The mild-hybrid 48V system enables a 3-4% reduction in fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. The gearbox comes with a 7DCT dual-clutch or a newly developed 6-speed iMT (Intelligent Manual Transmission) gearbox. The iMT gearbox will cut off transmission power after the driver lets go of the accelerator pedal, putting the car in inertia mode to reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
