Lamborghini 63 can be considered as “Lamborghini Sian at sea”.
Tecnomar Lamborghini 63 is a yacht branded “Gaur” on the waves. It is a very special machine, perhaps even more special than the Lamborghini Sian, the current flagship supercar from the Italian car manufacturer. Specifically, the Lamborghini 63 yacht comes from a partnership between Lamborghini and the shipbuilder The Italian Sea Group, and as can be seen in the photo, it takes inspiration from Sian.
To celebrate the year Ferruccio Lamborghini founded the company, the two brands worked together to create a limited edition of 63 pieces, as hinted by the number in the ship’s name. It comes to the length of this boat – 63 feet (20.42 meters), while the width is 5.4 meters, and the weight is 24,000 kilograms. The idea behind the Lamborghini 63 was to create a luxury yacht with performance commonly found in smaller boats.
Inside, the shape, materials and even the instrumentation accurately reproduce what was used in the making of the Lamborghini supercar. This similarity is evident both on the deck and in the area below. Lamborghini’s Ad Personam personalization program is even handling space configurations for buyers of the Lamborghini 63 yacht.
The performance of this yacht also deserves the title of “Lamborghini at sea” as it is the fastest ship in the Tecnomar fleet. Power comes from two 24-liter MAN twin-turbo diesel engines, producing a total of 3,945 horsepower. To fuel them, the yacht is equipped with a 3,600-litre tank.
The yacht’s top speed is 60 knots (111.1 km/h), and cruising speed is 40 knots (74 km/h). The total range of Lamborghini 63 is 210 nautical miles, equivalent to 389 km. The hull of the yacht has a unique design with cuts that create lift, and reduce water resistance, thereby helping the ship to move faster.
