An upgraded life cycle version of the upcoming Kia Seltos compact urban SUV will get a panoramic sunroof and a new logo.
Recently, the Korean automaker Kia has announced a new update to the Seltos model and is expected to launch in late April. One of the main highlights of the upcoming update will be the addition of a panoramic sunroof on the high-end Seltos variants.
Along with that, Kia will also apply a brand new logo to the Seltos and this upgraded version will launch in the Indian market before being distributed to other markets in Southeast Asia.
In terms of performance, the new upgraded Kia Seltos that is coming to India will continue to maintain the same engine versions as the old generation. Specifically, the 1.5-liter diesel engine has a capacity of 115 horsepower; 1.4-liter turbocharged petrol engine with 140 horsepower capacity and naturally aspirated 1.5-liter petrol engine with 115 horsepower capacity.
Powering the car is a 1.4-liter Kappa petrol engine, with a capacity of 138 hp and maximum torque of 242 Nm, accompanied by a 7-speed dual-clutch (DCT) gearbox. The car has 3 driving modes: Eco, Normal and Sport.
