Manufacturer Scorpio has officially introduced the Scorpio Electric X motorcycle model in Singapore Market. This motorcycle is designed to run up to 100 km / h and go up to 200 km on a single charge. There is currently no official selling price for this model.
Specifically, the camouflage layers have been removed from the Scorpio Electric X prototype electric motorcycle and for the first time customers see details of this model. Currently the first cars on order are being produced, and are expected to be delivered by the end of this year.
Specifically, designed for use in urban environments, Scorpio Electric aims for the X Model to reach speeds above 100 km / h and a maximum travel distance of 200 km on a single charge.
In addition, according to the images presented, the X Model will be equipped with a centrally mounted motor using belt drive for the rear wheel.
There’s no word on the battery pack, but it’s most likely a removable lithium-ion pack for remote charging and swapping. Depending on the capacity of the battery pack, the charging time is from 6 to 8 hours.
Smartphone connectivity is standard in the vehicle, thereby enabling users to enable security, manage the navigation and location of the vehicle, and be notified of potential errors.
The Scorpio Electric X Model’s suspension system uses anodized gold-plated inverted fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear, which can be adjusted to preload and mounted on a single-sided swingarm.
The X Model’s braking is done with single hydraulic discs front and rear and a full-color TFT-LCD instrument panel housed in the cockpit.
